Here’s how it works:
You buy a whole, half, or quarter animal, we handle the rest. Your beef is aged for 10 days, then cut and wrapped to your specifications.
Typical cost: $8–$11/lb (all cuts included)
Approx. 660 lbs of beef from a 1600 lbs finished animal
Farm pickup required

Total cost ≈ $6,250 (~$9.47/lb)
